By booking a stay or event at The Kraken Resort, you agree to the following:
🔞 Adults Only
Guests must be 21+ to book and attend. By reserving, you confirm that all members of your party meet this requirement and understand the nature of our lifestyle-friendly, adult resort.
❤️ Consent & Conduct
We’re all about fun—but respect comes first.

Consent is everything. No means no, and only an enthusiastic yes means yes.

No photos or videos of other guests without express permission.

Harassment, discrimination, or non-consensual behavior will lead to immediate removal—no refund, no exceptions.

Need extra time? Ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate. for a $50 extended day fee
💸 Cancellation Policy
Plans change—we get it!

7+ days before arrival: Full refund

1–6 days before arrival: Credit can be applied to a future booking

Less than 24 hours: No refund or credit

💳 Payments & Deposits
A $50 deposit holds your reservation. Full payment is due before check-in unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely.
🧹 Damages & Responsibility
You’re responsible for any damage to resort property during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
⚠️ Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive—without refund.
🍹 Event Participation
All group activities, themed nights, and spicy extras are optional—join in at your own comfort level.
🔐 Privacy
Discretion is part of our culture. Guest info is confidential and never shared.
