At this time, The Kraken Resort does not ship physical products. All online transactions made through our website are for lodging reservations, event passes, and on-site experiences only.
However, in preparation for potential future merchandise offerings, the following shipping policy applies if and when physical items become available for purchase.
Future Merchandise Shipping (If Applicable)
If The Kraken Resort begins offering physical merchandise for sale, the following shipping terms will apply:

Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. The Kraken Resort is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. The Kraken Resort is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If physical merchandise becomes available and you receive an item that is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

The Kraken Resort is a private, adults-only lodging and event venue. We do not currently operate as an online retail store, and no physical goods are sold or shipped at this time.
